The host
Rachelle Smith grew up in an Air Force family and served as a Public Affairs Officer. After struggling with PTSD and depression from Military Sexual Trauma and domestic violence, she turned her pain into power.
Now, as the host of The Silenced Voices of MST, Rachelle helps survivors find strength and become heroes of their own stories. She offers the unique empathy and understanding that only a survivor can. Her podcast covers mental health, trauma recovery, gender equality, and more, providing support and inspiration to turn pain into change.
